St. Paul's Inter College is a Co-ed. English Medium School affiliated to CBSE, Delhi, It is a Minority Institution established and administered by the Catholic Diocese of Bareilly Education society, registered in Bareilly in 1989 under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860.

St. Paul's Inter College was founded on 21 January 1974 with the objective of imparting modern education, primarily to Catholic students in a manner that would conserve their, "Religion, Language, Script and Culture;" but it is open to all, irrespective of religion, caste or community.

St. Paul's Inter College had a humble beginning with 7 children at the time of starting the school. The founder Father and visionary Fr. Raymond Menezes was its Principal and Sr. Adolphus F.C.C, was the Head mistress. The school was started in the chaplain's residence, after 6 years it was shifted to the existing main building.

The Institution is situated in one of the healthiest part of Shahjahanpur, in the Cantonment area and is therefore, an ideal school for the parents whom the health of their children is a matter of prime importance. St. Paul's Inter College is one of the premier institution imparting education to hundreds of students over the past four decades.
